New reports are suggesting that Dave is dating Olsen twin, Mary-Kate:

Mary-Kate Olsen is dating ‘Brothers and Sisters’ star Dave Annable.

The actress was seen “all over” 28-year-old actor Dave when they recently dined in Los Angeles’ Teddy’s restaurant in the Roosevelt Hotel.

One diner said: “They were all over each other, they looked as though they couldn’t get enough of each other! They were holding hands, cuddling and kissing throughout dinner.”

Mary-Kate was first spotted with Dave at Chateau Marmont Hotel’s restaurant on December 4 - where they dined with a group of friends including Nicole Richie and DJ Samantha Ronson.

An onlooker told In Touch Weekly magazine: “They drank beer and left together. They looked pretty close.”

A representative for 21-year-old Mary-Kate denied the two are a couple, despite the fact that Dave was recently overhead saying he had split from his girlfriend of eight months, Emily VanCamp.

Mary-Kate is following in the footsteps of her twin sister Ashley by securing herself a new man. Ashley was recently romantically linked to ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ star Josh Lucas.

The Brothers & Sisters star, 28, is single, but not for long if he gets to break in his favorite pick-up line (which he swears he’s never used). “So let’s say you and I are at a club, and I go up to you and say, ‘Excuse me, how much do you think a polar bear weighs?’ And you would say, ‘I don’t know,’ and I’d say, ‘Let’s just say it’s enough to break the ice. I’m Dave, how are you?’ “

We first caught a glimpse of Dave in 2005 on Fox’s blink-and-you’ll-miss-it castaway, Reunion. But he’s really rocking the boob tube on ABC’s Brothers & Sisters as Justin Walker, a war veteran/former drug addict. Pretty tough stuff! But despite his exceptionally strong performance on the drama, he’s been looked over for both an Emmy nod and a Golden Globes nod. What’s up with that?! Ain’t no shame in that, my friend. I caught up with Dave Annable recently, and here’s what he told me about Justin’s return from the war: “He has an injury that’s he’s going to be trying to get over, and a wheelchair is definitely involved in that. I’m hoping for some lighter stuff down the line, but it’s a really important story to tell, a returning vet, obviously stuff we are dealing with now, so it’s pretty exciting to tell that story.”

BuddyTV has released details of the upcoming season of Brothers & Sisters, which premieres a week today! Please note that these are SPOILERS so look away now if you don’t want to be spoiled!

Season 2, which premieres later this month, will feature Justine (Dave Annable) returning from his tour of duty in Iraq with a severe injury to his knee that leaves him wheelchair-bound. But while the show focuses on his struggle to recuperate, it will also explore the unique chemistry between him and half sibling Rebecca.

“We try to examine the relationship truthfully,” Exec producer Greg Berlanti said. “They are two young people who, granted, found out they were related, but they just met a year ago. That doesn’t mean they’ll ever act on those feelings, but it also doesn’t mean that there won’t be emotions that come up that will be complicated for both of them.”
